I got up around noon, took a shower and got dressed. Around 2 I went on base and got a haircut. Stopped by Target and Kmart to buy some work clothes. Went to Wendy's for dinner, came home watched T.V. and checked my e-mail on the computer.
I got to stop by chuck's tomorrow and I'm working the Ethiopian Night at the Meydenbauer Center Friday night and Saturday morning.

I added the ONION to the links sections. I also am now using a Data Archiving Service called RE_INVIGORATE to help keep track of site traffic and some other details. And if it fails to help me with those things, it will at least be another way for people to hear about my site.

Blogger has posted an article called Hacking The Blogger Matrix by Graham Waldon which shows you some hacks that you can use on your blog. I am really thinking about using some of the hacks on my blog. But mostly the article got me wondering what else I could do and add to my blog.

at about 7 I was reading my e-mail and I heard some tires screeching, But since I didn't heard a smashing sound I just ignored it. A few minutes later Chuck called me and told me to look outside, because he heard about an accident on my corner on his scanner. Well, apparently this truck lost his brakes causing him to run through a stop sign. A car coming down the street then hit the truck in the back left side forcing the truck to spin out. Since no one was injured the cop just took down their information and everyone left. The funny part was that when the truck left he stop at the stop sign (don't you just hate random brake lost).

Well Chuck, Jeremy and I meet up about 9:30 Saturday morning at Chuck's place. We went to their grandma's house to help her move, but she hadn't gotten the key yet and the manager wasn't there. So we left and hung out at their mom's place for a little while (we were supposed to move her too, but since grandma didn't move we couldn't her). After several hours their grandma called us and told us she got the keys. We went back to her place and moved a few loads of stuff. On our way home Chuck's wife Gerri and said she was at her mom's house, so we decided to go over there. As soon as we got there we jumped in the pool, after about an hour in the pool we BBQ some food and had dinner in the front yard. We finally got out of there about 11:30 and went back to chuck's place and play video games until about 3 am, and since it was late I decide just to crash there.
I woke up about 9:30 and since everyone was still asleep I decide to play backgammon on my phone. Gerri and Bailey woke up about 10; we sat out in the living room and talked until Chuck woke up about noon. We ate lunch and watched the NASCAR race (ugh, Jeff Gordon bugs me). Gerri and Bailey went to a birthday party for her aunt, Chuck and I played some video games and went online to look up scanner frequencies for his scanner. I got home about midnight and went straight to bed.

I got up around 11 this morning. Went to work and picked up my paycheck (damn FICA), put it in the bank and went to Taco Bell for lunch. Came home watched some T.V. and played on the computer. Tomorrow I'm going over to chuck's place so we can help his mom and grandma move. Well, I'm off to bed.

It has gotten to the point that the only thing I can stand to watch on T.V. are certain Soap Operas and Reality Shows. I am starting to think there is a bin of scripts that television series writers pull from. Serious, I can figure out how a show is going to turn out just from the first five minutes. The shows have just become stale and full of repeat storylines (I swear, that I have seen the same script used for a couple of different shows). I know writing isn't easy by any means. All I ask is a change in the script enough so I can't tell what is going to happen or something, hell anything.

Today was just another day. I checked my Email, which was just spam. I played monopoly. I also signed up for some courses at HP Learning Center, besides that I just spent the day watching television.

For the last couple of days I noticed that when I start my computer a ifriends ad pop up would appear. So I tried my AVG Anti-virus and found nothing. I the tried Ad-aware and Spybot S&D again nothing, nada, zip. Well I tried a few other programs (reg edits, reg cleaner, etc.) still no help. So I restarted my computer a hope bunch of times looked around and finally find where it was hiding on my computer ("c:/WINDOWS/ConfigSys"). I deleted everything in the folder and restarted windows. With my fingers crosses it started and *Poof* it was gone.

Well after working about 13 days straight, I'm back and have 3 weeks off (ugh, I should get another job or something). 11 out of the 13 days were graduation, they were pretty easy, except for the South Kitsap H.S. Graduation where a student was killed in a car crash on his way to the Dome.
Side Note:I found the way the local news channels flocked to the dome to report on the accident very rude and disrespectful to the student's special day.
I also worked the Kenny Chesney concert, I worked the premium Parking lot (basically scanning a special ticket that you pay $20 dollars for to get a reserved spot). The concert was the usually cowboys, pickup trucks and drunks.
On A Personal Note: Why some people spend a pile of money for concert tickets. Just to get totally smash before the concert even starts.
Before I forget, my friend Jon's 21st birthday was the 14th. So, we took him to Hells Kitchen. This place ROCKS hard.
I better get outta here.

Slept until about noon, I got up and watched some Television. About two o'clock I took a shower and got dressed, then went to the store to buy some more work pants. But they were sold out, so I came back home and was going to wash some clothes. But the washing machine was broke, guess I'll try again tomorrow. So today was a big zero on getting anything done.
Oh Well

I work from 9 this morning to about 10 tonight. We had the Bellarmine Prep Graduation in the morning and a Rodeo Featuring Ezequiel Pena and Paquita La Del Barrio in the afternoon (started at 3 and ended at 10.) A couple of us stayed to dump out the parking lots, the hardest part of which was patrolling the lot for like three hours while we waited for the event to end. When it did finally end we had to deal with the usual stuff (drunks driving, people trying to flyer the cars, etc.) and after about 15 minutes of almost getting run over more then once, we decided to just to give up.
I have about two days off (I have a few things I will hopefully get done.) Then I will work like two weeks straight.

A good article, Thursday New York Times Circuits section (free registration required). I learned about it from his Thanks, David! post in The Laporte Report from Leoville.com. Where he added this little correction:
David got it right with one exception. He writes:
In fact, G4TechTV is indeed in negotiations with Mr. Laporte about an increased role at the new network.
He's quoting a company spokesman, not me. I am not "in negotiations" with G4. We have a cordial relationship, but if they have plans for an increased role for me at the channel they're keeping it a secret. And you couldn't characterize our infrequent conversations as negotiations in any way.
I am, however, talking with a number of people about new TV shows. I'm hopeful something will come of that. I'll keep you posted when there's something more to say.

I decided to make all outbound links open in a new window. For the simple and selfish reason of it was annoying me. Every time I clicked on a link I would have to hit the back button or retype the URL.

Went to a Rainier's baseball game with Charles and his wife Gerri, well at least half a game. After we had to deal with too many drunk and loud people plus a really boring game, we decided to leave early and went to McDonald's.

Got up about 10 this morning, took a shower and got dressed. I caught the bus and went downtown and bought a bus pass for the month of June (yes, I ride the bus. But with gas prices so high do you blame me.) I then went down to Cheney Stadium and bought some tickets for tomorrow's game. After that, I went to Safeway and bought some Chinese Food. Came home and watched The Screen Savers.

Were you ever suppose to do something and for some reason you don't or can't. That’s me right now, I should be in bed so I can get up and do what I need to tomorrow (I have been putting it off for like three days.) But I just can't go to sleep for some reason. Maybe the overnight I worked are still screwing up my sleep, oh well I hope I fix this by Saturday night (So I can get up for work Sunday morning.)

Pizza man saved by gun, but fired for packin' heat. I think it kind of sucks that he got fired, but on the other hand it does kind of worry me that there are people who you open your door willingly to who are carrying guns.

I feel like crap.
My eyes are swollen, my head hurts, and my throat feels like I ate a weed whacker. It is either allergies or I'm sick both of which suck. So anyway, it is probably a good thing I have a few days off to rest. I'm off to take some drugs and pass out.
